P F A 材质–DST*设计,保证所有与液体接触部位均为注模PFA材质,高纯含氟聚合物构造,成为处理实验室常用酸和 HF酸等的专业设备。
一体化结构–传统的外置加热设备极易在强酸环境下受到腐蚀,DST一体化加热罩环绕蒸发室,保证温和加热过程,可按照时间和纯度的要求来控制纯化率,无需其它光照加热或外置加热设备。
无需冷水浴–DST酸纯化系统,设计先进,无须冷水浴,紧凑高效。
无需外接泵–内置废液排放装置高效快捷,无需外接泵,即可排放废液,便于操作,更加环保安全。

Description

Savillex’s DST acid purification systems provides the easiest and most cost-effective way to produce high purity acid on demand for use with ICP-MS and other metals analysis techniques. Starting with low cost trace metal grade acid, the DST-1000 can produce 500 mL of high purity HNO3, HCl or HF in approximately 12 hours, while the higher capacity, semi-automated DST-4000 can produce twice that amount in the same time period. Depending upon the lab’s acid needs, these units can pay for themselves in as little as a few months or even weeks.

All wetted parts are molded PFA

No cooling water required

Complete with heating source, separate control unit, GL45 1/4" transfer closure, and all necessary fittings

Includes a bottle bracket and a Savillex 1000 mL PFA Bottle

Depending on the usage rate of high purity acid in your lab, a DST-1000 can pay for itself in months or even weeks
